Episode 4 Release Date: What Is Confirmed
No Episode 4 release date was announced in the November 1, 2026 developer post. That post identifies Burial as the next major update and describes an expanded continuation for the other route.

What Has Changed Since Decay Part 1?
The released Decay branch includes a continuation point. The developer says the other route has now been expanded beyond its cliffhanger during development. That describes upcoming work; it does not mean the expansion is already installed in the public build.
How to Check a Progress Report
Look at the publication date, the episode named and whether the post announces a patch. A preview or progress report may describe content that has not shipped. Use the Steam news hub to check the source rather than relying on an undated countdown.
Release Dates and Speculation
Treat a release window as unconfirmed unless it appears in a developer announcement. Fan estimates can be labelled as predictions, but they should not be presented as a promised date.
What to Do While Waiting
Keep backups of your Decay save and your earlier Episode 2 branch save. You can review the named outcomes in the endings guide or return to optional scenes. Read future patch notes before overwriting your saves.
Is Development Still Active?
The November 2026 post reports continuing work. It is stronger evidence than assumptions based on the gap between earlier updates. It does not establish how much work remains or guarantee a completion month.
